Handmade Paper

Glorious in colour and texture, a bundle of locally handmade paper is your most sustainable and eco-friendly paper. Handmade from an assortment of used office papers, packaging, gift wrapping and gift wrap accessories this paper is true recyclability and circularity – by using what’s already been produced.

Locally and ethically made in Newcastle NSW, papers used in the making process are sourced from our local community. The vibrant colours come from the used papers alone – no additional colouring.

Share the joy in writing a beautiful letter, note, or place card on the coloured handmade paper sheets. Create your own envelopes with the paper and send in the traditional mail service.

Description

Due to the handmade nature of the paper, each sheet varies in texture, thickness, pattern and colour. We choose to keep the raw, deckle-edge rather than trimming to make a straight edge. This paper has a distinctly handmade surface and is unsuitable for printers and is not archival quality.

Each bundle of shaded colour includes 10 x approx. A4 sized sheets. Bundles weigh between 75g and 100g per bundle, depending upon paper thickness.

Images are examples of the range of colours you’ll receive and your bundle will be as close to the image colour and shading as possible.
